VfM consultancy for SOS CV Denmark

The overall objective of this assignment is to do a retrospective Value for Money (VfM) analysis of our SPA2, and to strengthen SOS DK’s ongoing VfM considerations, use, and practices. We emphasise capacity-building in evaluations, participatory evaluations, and utilization-focused evaluations, and we expect this assignment to use the same overall principles. Therefore, we give preference to proposals that supports – or adds innovation to - these principles.
