Beauty Therapist / Aesthetician (Nakuru)

Key Responsibilities
• Perform professional facial treatments, skin analysis, and skincare consultations.
• Carry out advanced aesthetic treatments in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans based on clients' needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, infection control, and client safety.
• Educate clients on aftercare and home skincare routines.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client files.
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Keep up to date with emerging beauty trends, products, and treatment techniques.

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a beauty clinic, spa, dermatology, or medical aesthetics environment.
• Experience with advanced facial treatments and aesthetic procedures is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
