Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in retail stores Your main goal will be to increase sales and create a positive customer experience by ensuring that products are attractively displayed and well-stocked You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with store managers and replenishing inventory Key Responsibilities - Promote and sell products to customers in retail stores - Ensure that products are attractively displayed and well-stocked - Maintain relationships with store managers to ensure product placement and promotion - Replenish inventory as needed - Monitor sales trends customer preferences and competitors activities - Provide feedback on product performance customer feedback and market trends Requirements - Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic math skills for inventory management - Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles - Ability to travel between different retail locations within the city Salary $1300 per month with accommodation provided We welcome applicants of any nationality who have the necessary experience While English language skills are preferred it is not a strict requirement If you have a passion for merchandising strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment we would love to hear from you Join our team in Mombasa and help us drive sales while providing excellent customer service
