Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Mombasa for a Vehicle Import/Sales Specialist. The role involves coordinating vehicle import and export activities while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, assisting with documentation processes, maintaining strong partnerships with international suppliers, and supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate will effectively liaise with global stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Proven skills in Import, Export, and Import Export processes
• Knowledge of International Trade fundamentals and regulations
• Strong Customer Service skills, including excellent communication and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Experience in managing logistics and documentation processes in a global trade environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
