Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of cleaning crews within the assigned area, ensuring efficiency and quality. Develop, implement, and enforce cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with company standards and health regulations. Manage the procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Train and mentor cleaning staff, providing ongoing support and performance evaluations. Respond promptly to cleaning-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in cleaning operations management or a supervisory role. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and safety procedures. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
