Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Tea Executive located in Mombasa.
The Junior Tea

Executive will handle tasks such as monitoring tea quality, supporting logistical operations, coordinating with various departments, and assisting in the procurement and grading process. They will ensure compliance with industry standards and contribute to maintaining the company's excellent product reputation. Additionally, they will manage relationships with suppliers, assist with documentation, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications

• Knowledge of tea grading, quality assurance, and procurement processes

• Strong organizational and logistical skills for managing inventory and coordination

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively within a team and liaise with suppliers

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high operational standards

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is advantageous

• Prior experience in the tea or beverage industry is an added advantage

• Willingness to work on-site in Mombasa and adaptability to dynamic work environments
