What You'll Do
In this position you will be actively involved in the day‑to‑day activities that drive new business for Techminds.
• Support senior sales staff by preparing proposals, presentations and pricing documents for prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify target industries, emerging trends and potential leads within the ICT and power solutions space.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, email campaigns and social media outreach, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Assist in the onboarding of new customers by coordinating paperwork, scheduling demonstrations and answering initial technical queries.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate contact information, interaction logs and sales forecasts.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions, contributing insights and learning best practices from experienced colleagues.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong desire to build a career in sales and possess the foundational skills to succeed in a technology‑driven environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Sales or a closely related discipline.
• Recent graduate status or limited professional experience, with a clear enthusiasm for entering the sales field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, take initiative and handle responsibility with minimal supervision.
• Positive, professional attitude and a willingness to receive and act on feedback.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and an eagerness to become proficient in CRM tools.
