About the Role

We are seeking a Client Solutions Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key partner for our clients, delivering customized solutions, supporting system implementations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position requires strong analytical skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze client configuration requests and design tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Implement customized system configurations to meet specific client requirements.
• Provide timely and effective support to clients via email and phone, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Manage inbound calls through a phone queue, delivering exceptional customer service by resolving issues and providing accurate guidance.
• Maintain and update project documentation and tracking systems consistently.
• Create, review, and manage cases and tasks within Clientspace, ensuring records are accurate and organized.
• Advise clients on best practices to maximize software usage and efficiency.
• Conduct system training sessions, testing, and troubleshooting to support clients effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams on software releases and participate in continuous training initiatives.
• Lead peer training sessions and serve as a subject matter expert, promoting knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in corporate, client-facing roles.
• Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
• Advanced/High level of English C1< (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Clientspace is preferred.
