About this opportunity
The Operations Manager will oversee the automotive business’s daily operations, coordinating sales, workshop services, inventory, procurement, customer service and administration. The role involves improving operational efficiency, maintaining service quality, controlling costs and supporting the company’s revenue and business objectives.
The successful candidate will monitor operational and sales performance, coordinate vehicle servicing and delivery timelines, manage automotive stock, oversee suppliers and procurement, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures. They will also supervise teams, manage budgets and work with relevant departments to resolve operational challenges and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Automotive Management or a related field.
- At least 4–6 years of relevant operations management experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience in automotive sales, dealerships, workshops, spare parts or vehicle-related operations is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience supervising and coordinating teams.
- Practical experience in inventory management, procurement, budgeting, cost control and operational reporting.
- Good understanding of automotive operations, commercial performance and customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with good negotiation and supplier-management skills.
