We are looking for an Investigations Officer to join our Mobility team as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in protecting the integrity of M-KOPA's Mobility business. You'll lead field investigations into incidents and accidents involving our mobility products, liaise directly with police and legal authorities, and support asset recovery for fraud and non-performing customer cases.
