Our services have also evolved to cover all stages of the life cycle of an international development project, program, or policy: strategic planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

With a presence and offices on four continents, our multilingual team (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese) of some 40 experts works with nearly 200 affiliated external consultants and a broader network of some 2,000 international and national experts from around the world.
