Health, Safety and Security (HSS) Consultant

We are looking for a Health, Safety and Security (HSS) Consultant to provide Blue Ventures with an evidence-based, practical and prioritised route to an effective, proportionate and consistently applied HSS framework. The consultant will assess current arrangements, relevant experience, and recognise good practice; identify material gaps and risks; and recommend how revised arrangements should be designed and implemented. The review must move beyond policy compliance. It should establish how BV can make sound decisions, maintain appropriate oversight, support colleagues and partners, and respond effectively to changing operating environments without creating unnecessary bureaucracy or a large central function.
