About the roleJava House Africa Ltd is seeking a proactive Branch Supervisor to lead its Nakuru outlet. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and driving the branch’s financial performance.Key responsibilitiesOversee front‑of‑house activities, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale system and ensure accurate cash‑up procedures.Review and analyse the branch’s profit & loss statements to meet targets.Manage stock and inventory levels, placing orders and conducting regular audits.Maintain high standards of food & beverage service, safety, and cleanliness.Address customer concerns promptly and uphold the brand’s service standards.Required profileFluent English communication skills.Degree or diploma in Food & Beverage Service or a related field.Minimum two years of front‑of‑house or stand‑in manager experience in hospitality.Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions and demonstrate strong ethics.Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Required skillsBusiness managementStock and inventory managementFood and beverage operationsCustomer comfort and safetyRestaurant managementSupervisionPoint‑of‑sale (POS) system operation
