Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for the Owner position at Wall Street Africa Group. The Owner will take a strategic leadership role in driving business growth, developing partnerships, and overseeing the execution of the company’s vision. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, guiding teams, identifying market opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The Owner will also evaluate and lead projects, innovate on product offerings, and ensure the company's financial and operational health.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• Experience in financial markets, investment strategies, and fintech innovation
• Business development and partnership-building capabilities
• Understanding of Africa’s capital markets and global investment structures
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in team management and organizational growth strategies
• Background in financial analysis, data interpretation, or market research is a plus
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
