Job Description
As a Graduate Trainee – Research & Data Analytics, you will support the planning, execution, and analysis of research projects while gaining practical experience in data analytics and AI-powered research tools. Working alongside experienced researchers and consultants, you will contribute to delivering high-quality insights that inform business and organizational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in designing research methodologies, questionnaires, and data collection tools.
• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to prepare datasets, dashboards, and reports.
• Leverage AI tools to support literature reviews, data synthesis, and research workflows.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and actionable insights for clients.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with research standards.
• Collaborate with team members on research projects and client assignments.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Research, Social Sciences, or a related quantitative field.
• Recent graduate or up to one (1) year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of statistical or data visualization tools is an added advantage.
• Interest in research methodologies, data analytics, and AI applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and within a team.
