The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) – Colombia Program has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify a consulting service provider to design and develop a methodological framework for the Training of Trainers (ToT) process aimed at implementing the Protection Monitoring component of the ProLAC initiative.
