Role Overview
We are seeking a Freelance US Healthcare Recruiter to support a 3-month engagement focused on building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. The primary focus of this role is sourcing and engaging bilingual healthcare professionals for US-based opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, identify, and engage bilingual (English/Spanish) healthcare candidates for US-based roles
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals
• Screen candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
• Present qualified candidates for internal review and progression to final interviews
Candidate Requirements (For Sourced Talent)
• Must fall within approved budget ranges
• Must have clear, professional, and neutral-accent spoken English
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the US healthcare space
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems and/or strict adherence to HIPAA compliance
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment
• Willingness to install and actively run TimeDoctor monitoring software during all billed hours
• Must pass a final qualification interview with the internal recruitment team
