Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an SRM Training Facilitator based in Kisumu County, Kenya. The facilitator will design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality training sessions to develop skills in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Responsibilities include preparing custom materials, coaching participants, leading engaging workshops, analyzing training needs, and providing actionable insights for improvement. The role also requires collaborating with stakeholders to align training sessions with organizational goals and global standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality SRM Practitioner training sessions (physical and/or virtual)
• Develop and customize training materials aligned with industry best practices
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences, case studies, and group discussions
• Assess participant progress and provide actionable feedback
• Stay updated on emerging trends in procurement and supplier management
Qualifications
• Proficient in Training Facilitation and delivering engaging and impactful sessions
• Proven experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
