Work format
• Remote, online-based format
• Recommended involvement: flexible availability based on peak demand during international hours
• Availability during the US business hours
• Customer interaction via chat and voice communication
Scope of Services
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to travel services
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Provide information on flight options and travel-related services
• Assist customers through the booking process using internal systems
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow established service standards and internal guidelines
Training and onboarding
• Initial onboarding period: up to 2 weeks
• Training includes systems, workflows, and communication standards
• Ongoing access to support materials and guidance
Previous experience in the travel industry is not required. Experience in customer support, call center, or similar environments is considered beneficial.
Compensation
This is a performance-based compensation model.
• Earnings depend on completed bookings and level of activity
• Results may vary based on time commitment and experience
• No fixed salary is provided (with the consistent performance in 6 months typical range: $800–$1500/month)

• Intermediate or higher level of English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to manage time independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills
