Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support daily operational activities across the region, ensuring smooth execution. Assist in the management of resources, inventory, and logistical operations. Track operational performance metrics and assist in reporting on key indicators. Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Organize and maintain operational records and documentation accurately. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an operations support or coordination role. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software . Familiarity with basic project coordination and reporting procedures.
