Head - Controls & Governance

To provide leadership and managerial oversight over the Bank’s Reconciliation and Operational control standards across KCB Group. This role provides oversight over centralized reconciliation activities for the entire KCB Group to achieve efficient and effective risk controls, customer service, proper accounting of Bank transactions and adherence to regulatory and internal control standards. The position is also responsible to drive the Group controls and Governance strategy and specific entity imperatives ensuring total compliance with established procedures and policies, identifying all processes that expose the Bank to risk and implementing the risk management and compliance framework.
