Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants specializing in technology roles. Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies for the technology sector. Drive business development initiatives to secure new client mandates and expand market share. Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for senior technology positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Conduct market research to stay informed about technology trends, talent availability, and competitive compensation. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop employer branding initiatives for tech clients. Ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets and quality standards. Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the recruitment consultancy. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior consultant role within the technology recruitment space. Proven track record of success in placing candidates in various technology roles (e.g., software developers, data scientists, cybersecurity experts, IT project managers). Strong understanding of the technology industry landscape, emerging trends, and key players in Kenya and beyond. Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills. Demonstrated business development and client relationship management abilities. Proficiency in using recruitment technologies, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
