Role Description RoamEstate is looking for a Business Development & Listings Intern to drive the growth of our property supply across Kenya. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting and onboarding landlords, property agents and developers onto the platform — ensuring RoamEstate always has fresh, verified and diverse listings for our users.
This is a field-facing, results-driven role. You will spend your days making calls, sending WhatsApp messages, following up on leads and building genuine relationships with property owners across Kenya. You will report your weekly pipeline directly to the Founder(Shema Alain) and present your results at the Friday strategy session every week.
If you are persuasive, persistent, genuinely embedded in Kenya's property scene and motivated by hitting targets, this role was built for you.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management or a related field with a focus on the built environment or property markets
• Has a solid understanding of Kenya's residential and commercial property market — can speak confidently about neighbourhoods, property types, rental yields and market trends across counties
• Actively follows real estate developers, property agents
