Whitstead Henswood Consulting is hiring a Junior Node & Signal Processing Mechanical Engineer for Adtech in Thika, Central Province. This is a temporary position.
What you will do
• Pair with engineers earlier in their careers and make review a teaching moment.
• Tune infrastructure costs without trading away headroom the service needs.
• Manage schema changes so deployments and migrations never have to be simultaneous.
• Contribute to hiring by running technical interviews and calibrating on signal.
• Design for graceful degradation so partial outages stay partial.
• Reduce build and deployment times so the team can release several times a day.
• Document architectural decisions so the reasoning survives team changes.
