We’re Hiring: Partnerships & Growth Manager
At Zemo, we’re on a mission to simplify how businesses manage expenses, gain financial visibility, and scale with confidence.
As we grow, we’re looking for a Partnerships & Growth Manager to help us unlock new markets, build strategic alliances, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
The Role
You will identify, build, and manage partnerships that directly fuel customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue. You’ll work closely with bank, corporates, accounting firms, and other ecosystem players to position Zemo as the leading expense management solution.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute Zemo’s partnerships strategy
· Identify and close high-value partnership opportunities
· Build distribution channels via referrals, and integrations
· Collaborate with internal teams to convert partnerships into active customers
· Support product integration initiatives with key partners
· Track and report on partnership performance and impact
What We’re Looking For
· 3–6 years in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales
· Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services (strong plus)
· Strong commercial mindset with a track record of closing deals
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

· A strong pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities
· Direct revenue contribution from partnerships
· Customer acquisition growth through partner channels
· Successful rollout of high-impact collaborations and integrations
