About this opportunity
Job Purpose To ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery of company products to customers, distributors, or retail outlets while maintaining professional customer service and proper vehicle care.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver products to customers, shops, warehouses, or distribution points within agreed timelines.
• Load, secure, and offload goods carefully to prevent damage or shortages.
• Verify delivery orders, collect proof of delivery, and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Maintain regular communication with the supervisor, sales team, or dispatch office.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks, report faults, and keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy.
• Observe traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards at all times.
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
Qualifications
• KCSE/Form Four certificate or equivalent is commonly expected.
• Valid driving licence appropriate to the vehicle class, often Class B, BCE.
• Proven experience of more than 5 years in delivery, logistics, or driving.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi roads and surrounding routes is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, honesty, reliability, and customer service orientation.
