Kenham Wenwell Practice is hiring a Ansible & Redis Computational Neuroscientist for Banking in Thika, Central Province. This is a internship position.
What you will do
• Pair with engineers earlier in their careers and make review a teaching moment.
• Profile hot paths and remove the bottlenecks the numbers actually point to.
• Build internal tooling that removes recurring toil from the team's week.
• Own a production system end to end, from architecture through on-call support.
• Refactor the parts of the codebase that generate the most recurring bugs.
• Tune infrastructure costs without trading away headroom the service needs.
• Track and reduce the error budget consumed by each release.
