Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, based in Mombasa, with flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance products and services, identifying new customer opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, providing financial guidance, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional duties will include educating clients on available insurance packages, addressing customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets to support the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
• Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and General Insurance practices
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage and understanding of related regulations
• Knowledge of Finance principles and the ability to provide financial guidance
• Strong skills in Customer Service and fostering positive client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, combining office and remote responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in local market knowledge and an established network is advantageous
