This programme is designed to provide a 360-degree learning experience across the People & Culture function, enabling you to understand how people, culture, capability, and organization strategy come together to drive organisational performance and sustainable growth.
Through structured rotations across key People & Culture disciplines, you will gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle, know the team and the leadership, and apply academic knowledge to real workplace situations. • *Talent Management, Development & Performance Management** — You will develop an understanding of how organisations build, retain, and grow the capabilities required for future success. You will support new staff onboarding activities, performance management processes, and coordinate learning and capability-building initiatives. You will also support talent review and succession processes by preparing and analysing talent data.
• *People Operations & Employee Experience** — You will develop a holistic understanding of the employee lifecycle and how effective people practices shape culture. You will gain exposure to employee relations, reward and benefits, wellbeing, engagement, organisational culture, and People Operations. ### What You Will Gain
Throughout the programme, you will learn by doing, applying academic knowledge to real situations. You will gain 360-degree exposure across multiple People & Culture disciplines, work alongside experienced professionals and leaders, receive regular feedback, and take progressive ownership from observation to independently managing tasks and projects.
