Expression of Interest – Final Evaluation of Land for Life

Welthungerhilfe (WHH) is currently preparing a procurement process for the **final external evaluation of the Land for Life programme**, a multi-country programme implemented in **Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Liberia and Sierra Leone**.

The evaluation will focus on the programme’s contribution to **inclusive and sustainable land governance**, including the role and sustainability of Multi-Actor Platforms, policy and governance processes, and the links between land tenure security, livelihoods and food security.

We are looking for experienced evaluation consultants or evaluation teams with relevant expertise in:

- **international development evaluations,**
- **land and natural resources governance,**
- **multi-stakeholder processes**
- **complex socio-political context**

Experience in multi-country evaluations and in both Anglophone and Francophone contexts is required.
