In Nairobi, around 50 staff support global functions like procurement, recruitment, government relations, and communications

## About the Role

Execute the accurate weighing of all incoming and outgoing commodities and manage primary documentation for site transit.

## Responsibilities

Weighing Operations & Accuracy

- Operate weighbridge software to record Gross, Tare, and Net weights for all transport vehicles.
- Implement a Calibration Protocol for all scales to mitigate financial loss through inaccurate weighing, tallying errors, or intentional fraud.
- Follow strict protocols for vehicle positioning and driver conduct during the weighing process.
- Lead the monitoring of SOPs across sourcing and logistics to ensure zero-gap compliance.

Documentation & Financial Control

- Ensure Volume Purchased in the field reconciles exactly with Volume Received at the factory gate.
- Design and maintain controls for collection logs to ensure data integrity between the field and the hub.
