Key Responsibilities
• Manage multi-donor grant budgets and financial reporting
• Lead annual external audit process
• Oversee country office finance teams
• Ensure compliance with organizational finance policies
Requirements & Qualifications
• Master's/CPA-K in Finance or Accounting
• 8+ years NGO finance management experience
• Experience with major institutional donors (USAID, DFID, EU)
• Excellent financial analysis capabilities
