### **Job Purpose**
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor Trainee will support the commercial and cost management of construction projects while gaining practical experience in quantity surveying, procurement, contract administration, and project cost control.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Measure works on site and support the preparation of valuations and payment certificates.
- Monitor project costs and assist with cost reporting and budgeting.
- Support procurement by preparing material schedules and supplier comparisons.
- Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and commercial documentation.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD and quantity surveying software is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
